When something in you just keeps going- no matter how many people tell you to give it up, or how bleak your circumstances may be- you have no choice and you keep trying. You see yourself in it- you have something to say! You see yourself telling a story or creating something that communicates your deepest thoughts or feelings. You don't give up- and if you're meant to "say" something, you find a way to do it.
No matter what avenue an artist pursues, if he/she doesn't give up- ever- something HAS to happen...
